These sorting gates are available for use with IMPAX monitors, or they can be used separately.

Sorting/Diverter Gate Diagram

Sorting Gates can be used with process monitors to divert bad parts out of a production line without stopping the machine. There are several benefits to using sorting gates:

  • Production can continue without interruption
  • Bad parts are prevented from moving along the line and possible damaging other machines
  • Bad parts are kept from contaminating good batches
